The lack of transparency and consultation with residents and ratepayers has been appalling.
There are still a number of issues with the site and the building and all requests for information seem to be falling on deaf ears.
Despite a warning from the President of the Halls & Recreation Committee that “we need to navigate carefully”, interesting comment.
